I finished my period about a week ago was medium flow for 4 days but have been having brown discharge very Small amounts when I wipe for 6 days also have sore boobs cramping head aches tired but also work 13 hour shifts and have 2 children also have endometriosis and Overian and uterus cysts ? What is going on
