what is going on?!

im 11 weeks and 5days yesterday i woke up from a nap thought i had peed my pants when i stood up went to the bathroom and turns out i was bleeding....ALOT no cramping no clots at all i had bled earlier in my pregnancy around 7 weeks or so. well this was alarming i went to the ER and they said my HCG levels were good over 77,000 and they said my cervix was closed, and they found baby on doppler monitor. i see my actual OB dr tomorow. i have no clue what's going on. today my bleeding is minimal again. 😭 very worried

I had something similar happen to me at around 6-7weeks. I’m almost 11 now. When I stood up from the table I had a rush of fluid, when I ran to the bathroom it was bright red bloody fluid. I continued to bleed with light cramping until the next morning. My dr brought me in, checked my levels, everything was good. A few days later we did an ultrasound and saw baby + heart beat. They said it could be a few different things but didn’t want to speculate till my 11 week ultrasound (this Thursday) they said on this next ultra sound they’ll be able to get a better idea what might have happened based on the US. 
Hoping for the best for you! Even with them telling me everything’s ok I’ve still been a nervous wreck waiting for my US this week to confirm everything’s still ok.
