Sore abs making pelvic area hurt?

Weird question. Can sore abs make your pelvic area hurt? I'm driving myself crazy... There's a slight chance I could be pregnant because we had sex 3 days before ovulation...and for the past few days I've been having some weird pain that feels like it could be cramping but for the most part it's dull constant aching. Ive been working out a lot lately and wondering if maybe my abs are just sore? My abs are really sore today from a workout. Idk I don't know what to think but I don't wanna test early I wanna wait and see if I get my period first.
