(I'm aiming this more so at Americans like myself)

I have a great home. I'm thankful. Unlike literally everyone else I know, I have a "home". Been here my whole life, never want to leave. Issues? Well, it sucks here. Particularly in the state I'm in. People are so stuck up as compared to random other states I've visited. And the laws they try to pass here? Make me ashamed to say I'm from Oklahoma. Federal laws though! I know every country has its flaws. Duh. But there are so many many common sense things other countries do that this one refuses to! Just like the "baby box" in Finland thing, free health care and college, all that stuff!! The only patriotism I have in my body comes from the fact that my home's here. The worsening state our country's sinking into is depressing. It makes me wish I lived in Canada, and I hate all weather under 60 degrees (no offensive Canadians, just trying to make a small point. Your country's beautiful, I'm just not into cold).

It just makes me sad. Ya know? Anyone else? Am I alone????
