Should I tell my boyfriend about my nose job?

I got a nose job last summer in 2017. I met my boyfriend the following fall and I never told him about it, I never told anyone about it.

I did it because they went internally to straighten my septum for better breathing and if I’m able to change something about myself to feel more beautiful than why not.

Anyways I don’t have to explain myself, the point is I showed him a picture of my friend and I from when we were children. He honestly couldn’t tell which one was me and he said the left ones nose looks like mine.

And i was like shitttt. But the thing is I never had a bad nose to start with, it didn’t have a bump or anything the change was very subtle it was just thinned out and even my best friend since 3 years old hasn’t noticed.

So I don’t know how he noticed especially since I was a kid and features never look the same. I’m an honest person and I tell him everything.

But this is a secret id really like to keep, just for me. I just don’t know if it’s wrong, he says he loves me.

And I don’t think he’d care, plus it wasn’t only for cosmetic purposes but I don’t know if it would be worse if he found out any other way. He always comments on my “cute” nose and what not.
