Ttc after mc

Anything? Been having spotting off and on for past two days and reminded me of implantation bleeding with my mc. I had a bleed two and a half weeks ago but my hcg wasn't negative yet after mc from March at that time. Doc said I could ovulate after that bleed though and didn't have any positive opk but had ewcm 7 days ago. Now my breasts are killing me and I'm bloated.
