How do you know?

I have the most irregular period of all the people I know. But lately my SO and I have been having a lot of unpertected sex(I don't know why it just happens) nd I I've been feeling craps in my lower abdomen. A little while ago I went to the bathroom nd when I wiped there was blood. How do you know when it period blood or implantation blood?
