Anyone has problem sleeping at night?

I am about 11wk, even though I am super tired, I am having problems to have some sound sleep at night. I have been woken up in the middle of the night, toss and turn a lot, and couldn’t go back to sleep after... anyone has similar experience during their early pregnancy? Any suggestions?

The only thing that helps me even think about getting sleep is to take Tylenol PM at night and the doctor said I can take it

Yep, I struggle every night. Nothing works!

I've been having a similar issue.. getting comfortable is a nightmare.. And I wake up 4 times a night to pee  (which does not help) so sleep is an issue right now !!

Yes I did! You can try some Benadryl. It helped me a little and is safe during pregnancy :)
