Headaches!!

I basically have a headache most of the day, they're mild too severe almost migraine like..my dr says it happens a lot during pregnancy. I don't remember feeling like this with my first..but every pregnancy is different. Anyone else dealin with these stubborn headaches? I've been taking Tylenol or Tylenol 3. Doesn't seem to help but a few hours. And I don't like taking meds while pregnant.
