So frustrating

So I got my blood work back and I am so frustrated by it all. On the 7th my beta hCG was 42. Low for 4 weeks 3 days now I got it done again to see and it was at 57 I think he said. He wants to do more blood work and an other ultra sound. I am so bloody exhausted with all of this. I am still bleeding like I have my period ( no cramps ) I just want to know something definitive
