Am I pregnant?

Today I got my period it came a day early. I still had a funny feeling and wanted to test. So I tested twice at first. Both which seem to be positive faint lines. This morning my period was heavy and I had cramps. It’s slowed down sort of. I tested a third time with a Clearblue digital that one came out “not pregnant” (I didn’t take picture of that one sorry) guys please help I’m really confused.
