unhealthy mommy

I was in the hospital today getting iv iron therapy. and while I was laying down my blood pressure dropped lower than ever..reaching 88/40...the doctors said not to worry but I am. and then they gave me a list of warning I need to look for because I can go into preterm labor, because of my lack of iron. I'm only 32 weeks and I'm 17 y/o. why is my life getting so rough right now /.\
