So I feel like this one is a little strange, but has anyone else experienced vivid sex dreams in their first trimester?

I’ve been having some wild dreams that cause me to actually orgasm in my sleep, but then I wake up to painful abdominal cramps 😟

I’m currently 5w5d with my rainbow baby 🌈👶 and they just started happening. I’m super freaked out because I had the same thing with my last pregnancy and had a missed miscarriage around 8 weeks.

Just hoping someone out there can relate and ease my mind since I can’t not sleep and avoid them.
