I just found out my blood type is O-

I've heard that since my husband is A+ it could cause some health issues. He's had two kids prior to me and i learned both their moms are also O-. They had no problems conceiving but I can't seem to catch a break. We have been trying for years and had no luck. Is there anything I can do to increase my odds?
