Aghhh. Haven't had a period since April 10th.

So two months today, i got abit of morning sickness this morning but lasted about 3 mintues haha! On the 11th may i had spotting so around my projected period start date, then stopped the day after well was lighter, then back on spotting the day after that but it was more of brown spotting stringy like tmi sorry lol.

But im so confused! Negative results! No symptoms, nothing. So im assuming im not pregnant but what's going onnnn.

I have stitch like pains every now and then all around my belly, Mainly belly button. I dtd around Ovulation last month incase it was my actual period and was playing tricks. Haha someone shed some light?
