Is it Too Late?

Okay so this isn't really a problem between me and my guy BUT I know there's women of all ages in here so I need your help.

The guy I'm dating is 20, will be 21 his year and decided to move out of his mom's house and in with his friends, they officially move on Thursday. He's just now realizing it was a bad idea.

1) His friends are messy AS HELL. He took me over to his friend's apartment one and it smelled horrible, there was shit everywhere, there weren't even sheets on the bed. I used the gas station bathroom because I didn't want to go there

2) One of his friends, we'll call him C, said that another friend they're moving in with, we'll call him D, makes more money than him YET D is always asking to borrow money from C.

At this point I'm like okay... well there's 4 of them moving in, so maybe it won't be much of a problem BUT THEN YESTERDAY

My guy tells me that they paid rent and one of his friends didn't have it, so he had to cover for him. MIND YOU THEY HAVE NOT EVEN MOVED IN YET.

When they were applying, they decided he should be the primary applicant and I don't know much about this stuff. I'm 19 and I'll be 20 in june, but I'll very much be living at home for a minute.

I know these guys have been friends since frahman year of high school but I've been friends with my friends since 6th/7th grade but I know damn well we couldn't all live together.

Is it too late for him to back out?
