I take rainbow light! It is food based so gentler on your stomach,... I take it at lunch 👍

I am beginning my journey TTC. I have been taking Nature Made Prenatals (the kind with DHA). I make sure I eat every morning before taking them, but I haven't had any negative side effects. (I have a fairly sensitive stomach)
