Morning sickness question

So, I did not get morning sickness with my son at all. I felt nauseous maybe once or twice and that was only after riding in a taxi.  With this pregnancy, I am starting to get random bouts of very faint nausea and dizziness and am 5 weeks, is this a sign that I will probably get morning sickness?  I know that most symptoms won't really start until about 6 weeks. I'm hoping it passes me again :(
