I wear panty liners all day and I change them every other time I go to the bathroom and at night I wait till morning to change it. well this morning there was blood in the liner

and when I wiped it was gone. now I'm a ftm and I'm scared.. please help me...

UPDATE:

I went to the er and they're going to run some tests to see what's going on.

UPDATE #2:

got an ultrasound and blood work done. they found a heart beat but it was slow. it was 115 and they said the normal is 165-180. I checked in at the er at 3pm 2-27-2018 and wasn't discharged till four in the morning this morning.so I did a walk in at my ob gyn and will let you know what they find.

Got another ultrasound and they said my nugget is perfect! every thing is okay! thank you guys for every thing you guys are the best!
