Diclegis, Anyone?

Hey friends! This nausea has knocked me down hard. My first pregnancy was literally-heaven. I swore I’d do it 100x if it was that simple! Fast forward five years and I’m eating all of those words. 
I have had all day and night nausea from week 5, and I’m currently at week 7. I have no appetite, have lost weight, thrown up and diarrhea (side note: that’s my norm with Crohn’s disease) and I finally had enough so I called my OB. 
She prescribed me diclegis- one a night before bed.
Has anyone taken this before? Any crazy side effects or is it even worth it??

Have been using Diclegis since I was 6w and am now 30w4d. It is a miracle for me! I take 2 before bed and one when I wake up n it allows me to function normally. Some days are worse than others and I’ll have to take in the afternoon but it’s completely safe. I took it all the way up till the day I delivered my last daughter and pretty much expect that this time around as well 😞 It is pretty pricey though and since we haven’t met our deductible yet I’m paying over $400 for each prescription 🤦🏻‍♀️ and that’s only a 30 day supply

i havent had it but my cousin did. she used canabis oils? stopped all the nausea conpletely. how ever only certain states can legally write you a prescription for it or sell it otc. i would see what the regulations are in your area. good luck hun

I’ve had all day sickness since 3w4d...I’m 11w1d. My Dr prescribed me Diclegis a few weeks ago. They told me to start with 2 at bedtime, and if I’m still sick throughout the day, to take 2 in the morning as well. So here I am, been taking 4 a day and I still feel awful 🤢😩. I’m so scared I’m going to be this sick my whole pregnancy. I’ve heard this medicine helps a lot of women though!

Diclegis has helped me be functional enough to keep working. I take 2 at night and 1 in the morning. I’m 11+4 and have had nausea, belching, gas, etc since week 5. I’m so ready for this to be over, but so far no sign of letting up!

just got samples today and took one since I have family in town and I ate the first full meal I've eaten in weeks. I hope it continues to help me this much!!!

I have never had nausea in any of my pregnancies that required medication until this pregnancy. Diclegis is a God send it helped me so much! I had nausea/vomiting from the moment my test postive until 21 weeks. I am 23 now and it isnt so bad.

I haven’t had it, but it’s basically unisom+b6, someone combined the two which have been known to help help nausea, and charge a fortune. My friend had it horrible and this med really helped her through, hope it does for you too 💛

I’ve been taking it for the last month and it has helped me. I take two at bedtime and sometimes one in the morning, depending on how I’m feeling. The only side effect I’ve had is it makes me a little more tired than I already am.
