Why?!?!

Why is it that all these young teenagers who aren't established yet can get pregnant by just once but multiple times and then there's me who's been with my husband for 7 years and we haven't been able to conceive yet. We are both established have a house of our own and we both have good jobs. We are both ready to start our family. Please send thoughts prayers and baby dust to us!
