Is this a tooth? Been drooling a lot, fussy, chewing on hands and tugging ear.

When you can see the tooth at the front of the gums, there’s still probably months before it breaks the surface. Once you can see it from the top of the gums, then it’ll probably break through in the next few days. 
With that being said, the tooth is still moving under the surface for months so they can still show signs of discomfort long before the tooth shows up. 
Also, around 2-3 months the salivary glands mature so all the drool starts. Many moms mistake this for teething. 
My daughter had all the classic teething signs at 3 months old but the first tooth didn’t come until 7.5 months.

I don't see a tooth, plus the very front ones typically come in first. Sounds more like an ear infection.

yes its teethers! pulling at ears is commin might get those checked just in case. some babies get ear infecfions or fevers when teething. But baby is growing up momma! Baby will be fine, there are those teething toys that u pit food in, baby will love that! Also Wal-Mart also sells new flavored teething toys!
