Discourage/confuse

Did really have sex this cycle besides the last text was Monday, I started my fertile days on Tuesday with ovulation pains on Tuesday with a positive opk..my fertile, ovulation cycle will end Thursday or even Friday.. I want to give up, my significant other says let god handle it.. I have 4 months to try to get pregnant because of a tubal reversal,he is not putting in any effort like I expected so I am going to stop trying period cause Whts the point if no effort from the other partner
