ClearBlue Fertility Monitor and SMEP

Hi everyone! This is my first month trying SMEP along with using my ClearBlue Fertility Monitor (the kind where you insert the test stick and wait for the readout, which is either "low," "high," or "peak").

My question is in regards to when we should BD three times in a row. From the first high day or the first peak day? I39m thinking from the peak, but want to be sure.
