Nausea killers?!

I have the worst nausea! I didn't have this at all with my son! What are you guys doing to combat the nausea? Ginger Ale and mints don't seem to be helping :(

Lemon candies, smelling coffee beans, cheese toast, chocolate milk...these seem to work well for me. I also started diclegis last week. Miracle drug!

Prego Pop Drops seem to help me a bit. Also peppermint gum and sipping cold water. I've also found that eating slowly and snacking throghout the day seems to help too. I feel the worste when my stomach is empty.

The only thing that ever helped me during my first two pregnancies was plain saltine crackers or plain potatoe chips. I would keep a small zip lock bag beside my bed and eat a couple before getting up in the morning and i always made sure to have them with me through out the day to munch on if I felt the nausea coming on.

Diclegis=MIRACLE!! I was almost hospitalized from being dehydrated at 7weeks. Started Diclegis and haven't had any vomiting since. I still have very very mild nausea every now and then but nothing major at all. Diclegis is a combination of vitamin B6 and antihistamines. My doctor said its the same thing as taking Unisom and vitamin B6 together. Only difference is the Diclegis is extended release so it lasts 24hours.

I take a half of an Original Dramamine every few hours.  Dr approved. I did it with two other pregnancies too. Ask your dr about it.

BEST and only thing that helped me was taking vitamin B6 and unisom together. Tried other prescriptions that just didmt work. Oh and drinking ginger ale. Also try not to let your stomach be empty.
