Back pain!

20 weeks and 2 days today and for the past 2 weeks I've been waking up with horrible back pain, it goes away within a couple of hours after I get up and move around.  I think it's my sleeping position, I'm a back sleeper and no matter what I do I always wake up on my back.  Any ideas on how to get more comfortable?  I've tried a maternity pillow but doesn't seem to help.  I can only imagine how bad it's going to get when I'm further along!  Any advice would be greatly appreciated!
