What do I do?!?

Question

So me and my SO have only been TTC for a month or two. For the past week I have felt super nauseous and my breasts hurt like never before. 
I have taken a couple of tests every couple days but always a BFN... But since we just started no big deal I figured we had time.
So for the last couple of days everything feels off, and I decided I had to pee anyway, why not do it on a stick.
I have been using the EPT digitals, I figured there would be no line confusing. It was either pregnant or non pregnant.
I did what I had to do. Was staring outside at the robins and look down...
Holy Crap... I've never been so freaked out in my life it said pregnant. 
I am the worst at keeping secrets and Im the first of my friends to have my life sort of together. What the hell do I do now???
Did anyone just tell their parents? How long should I wait? Should I see I doctor before we say anything?!
Are the EPT accurate??

First thing u did was called my mom and told her with my first and then made all the necessary appointments

I called my sister and husband first. I wanted to wait until the first Dr. Appointment to confirm but dh told his mom who told the grandmaws and aunts etc. everyone knew before I even understood how far along I was.

It's completely up to you. I suggest telling people close to you to share your excitement! Congratulations!!

Just took another test this morning... It's positive! Looks like we are having a baby!!! Good luck everyone!!

I didn't know what to do so I told everyone we knew. Well family at least. 2 days later told everyone else. Didn't even know that you had to make appointments with special Dr's and what not. We weren't planning on my first. Weren't not trying but really wasn't trying either. But I look at it this way: if something were to happen, wouldn't you want support? You tell your family when you're ready and want to.

Well my issue now is I just took another EPT test and it was negative. I have read that you should really take  the test first thing in the morning... However I'm new to all this and didn't realize until after I had confused myself. I called my doc they said to come in and they would do a blood test. 
I figure maybe I'm just really early.. And totally impatient. Fingers crossed

What do I do?!?
