Wedding dress plain?

This is the wedding dress I picked out for myself. I fell in love with it while it was still on the hanger. I put it on and my mom and sister in law fell in love too. It’s not really what I was looking for (I wanted lace and a lot of sparkle) but I just loved the way the satin shined and the pleats and the softness. It even has pockets! But some of my other close family and friends thinks it’s plain and didn’t have that immediate reaction of “omg it’s beautiful”. It’s kind of disheartening. So what do you think?!f
