Which gender is more difficult as a child?

Even though I don't have kids of my own just yet, I do childcare and, in my opinion, as young children boys are more difficult but as teenagers, girls...  Girls for sure. Lol.

Being a teacher for a few years and a nanny for several, I really think it depends on how the children are raised and what kind of environment they live in.

I have 1 girl and 5 boys. It really depends on their personality and what you consider difficult.

I watched my cousin's son and he was a handful( 2 years old) and I also watched an old roommate's daughter who was also 2. Lizzie was so much better behaved but they were also raised by different people in different environments.

I only have girls for the moment. (Due with my first son in July!) my girls have  been really easy so far but my 9 year old is starting to get an attitude. Neither of them were very boisterous or rowdy, other than doing gymnastics and dance recitals in the living room :)

No idea. I only have a girl, but she has been extremely easy.

I hear boys are more destructive then girls, and that is possible.  My girls are "busy" that is what everyone tells me.  They are not try to destroy it though, usually they just have their own idea of how it should be organized (and they love the everything all over the floor so you can see it plan).  But i am betting girls are much harder then boys once they reach teen years.
