IUD pregnancy?

so I had my period last month, supposed to get it within a week but I have been extremely bloated for over a week now. the last time I experienced this was before I got a positive test with my son. I have the paragard. anyone else with the paragard experience this ? should I go to the doctor. only experienced pain one night and felt like indigestion.

What ended up happening? I’m over a week late (also have paragard and lots of pregnancy symptoms). My cycle is never more than 2-3 days off at most, and I’ve had the iud in for years. Today, day 8 after my period was due, I had sonf light spotting but it’s not the way it usually is. I’m starting to panic...

maybe take a test just to be sure. i have a friend who just got pregnant and she had been one paragaurd for several months. she didnt feel well so took a test shes pregnant. she had to go in and the it taken out
