What is this ridiculous pain?!

I have known I have cysts sometimes on my ovaries, and sometimes they burst. I haven't had an episode like that tho since early January. I am currently on day 3 of my period which came on time, and is normal flow. This morning I woke up an went to the bathroom, then my stomach started hurting BAD. I took some ibuprofen Cuz I thought it was period cramps an they would go away soon enough. As the morning is progressing the pain is increasing. I am now nearly in tears it hurts so bad! Feel nauseous because of it an I am shaky an have the chills. It feels kind of like a cyst rupturing, but not completely. I have this burning internal pain, along with lower stomach pain like between my hips and shooting pains to my vag. Mainly on the left side. This pain is stupid ridiculous! What can I do to make it better? Or anyone know what this is? To make matters worse I'm at work this morning an can't have any relief till 1130(learn more on Glow: https://glowing.com)
