Luteal Phase Defect
Anybody dealing with this? I am starting to think I suffer from it. Last 4 cycles my luteal phase has always been 10 days or less. Normal is 12-14 dpo. I always get so upset when AF comes so soon! Is there any way to deal with this naturally? I want to see my Dr but she told me if after a year of trying (Nov) then come see her. Agh!
