Advice please on AG

So today I bought Femlieve Agnus castus from Holland and Barrett as they didn't have the other £5.99 box and they were sold out online. I've purposely bought them for my period irregularities as I've heard good things about these. I've opened the box and read the leaflet it says "take 1 tablet a day and don't take if ttc" What should I do? Should I take them I'm ttc? Loads of people say they've helped them conceive and regulate cycles. Should I take more than 1 tablet? Please help and share your experience!!
