2nd update***

For anybody that has followed my story on my beautiful little girl..

Heaven gained a angel on the 24th of March that day I managed to take her swimming and walk her in a pram 👼🏼

I’m heartbroken words can’t describe how I feel right now

Just thought I would give you a little update on anyway that is following the story and wanted to know how she was!

We had a bit of a rocky weekend if I’m honest her PD dialysis in her stomach had blocked so was sedated for that and then her oxygen levels went to high for her body and they had to tighten the BT shunt so she had another operation and then on Sunday I had a dreaded phone call at 5:30AM to say we needed to get over there now! (We are staying in Ronald Mac Donald house charities for parents with sick children) so we rushed over there to find out Olivia had a very large blood clot on her heart and was told they would have to stop her heart put her back on bypass to remove it so we decided to leave it for now and use heprin which a blood thinner because other options was too risky

We got a priest out and my baby girl could baptised in hospital and on Monday morning we got another phone call that the surgeon wanted to talk to us we got there and they think the blood clot is in the outside and that they can remove with little damage!! ( no bypass) and yet again Monday she was reopened and they removed the whole clot and said it was the whole right side of her heart ❣️🤕😰

My baby girl is still going strong and has had another 2 stable days and even opened her eyes at me today!!!! 💕💕👶🏼😰

I don’t think you ever think about things like this till it really hits you!!

So I’m going to write my story to show that however hard things get how strong as women we actually are!!! (Sorry if I ramble!! Lol!! )

On the 13th of December 2016 I found out I was pregnant for my first baby what a rollercoaster that was but a very much wanted rollercoaster may I add!!

I had a bit of a hard pregnancy i found out I had GD so I had to be put on tablets and insulin 😦

However I got over my fear and cracked on!!

I awful suffered with spd to the point my OH my poor poor OH was amazing and would get out of bed at night to move me side to side!! 😭

But there was also a plus I got to see my beautiful bubba more as I had growth scans everything was going smoothly and I found out I was having a girl!!!! 💕💕💕😍👶🏼

Which we decided straight away she was going to be a Olivia Ann

On the 25th of June I had my very last scan around 30/31 weeks we found out that my beautiful Olivia Ann had a hole in her heart and that we had to go to a more experienced hospital to have a scan!

So on the very next day 26th of June we traveled to this hospital to be told even more devastating news that my chunk (always called her chunk because we told she was going to be a big baby!) that she had a very serious and complex heart condition and that they was very surprised she had got this far!!

My beautiful baby girl had

-Atrioventricular septal defect

-Moderate atrioventricular valve regurgitation

-Double outlet right ventricle with aorta anterior and to the right,

-Pulmonary valve overriding the ventricular septal defect

And sadly we was offered a medical termination but we decided to give her the fight we knew she had!! 👶🏼❣️

We decided to stick with Olivia but change her middle name to hope 😍

So cut a long story short just a tad!!!😅

On the 18/08/2017 my not so chunky 7lb 2 beautiful Olivia hope was born and to our surprise she was very stable!!!! And in just a short 12 days we got to take her home! And everything just went back to what a normal family would have and we never thought that would even happen!

She was hitting milestones and just in general a sassy little diva and I was loving every moment of it!!

On the 6th of February 2018 my 5 month nearly 6 months my beautiful Olivia’s condition dramatically changed and we was taken into hospital where we still remain at this moment!!

I’m not going to go into everything about this journey I’ve been on so far because it’s a emotional one so I’ll beat around the bush on this one for now!

My little trooper has undergone 8 surgeries and I haven’t seen my beautiful baby girl awake since the 13th of February when she went down for only her second surgery being told there was a 97% success that everything would be fine!

On Valentine’s Day a day after her open heart surgery she had a cardiac arrest and they was doing cpr for a hour and couldn’t bring her back... so they made the decision to put her on a bypass machine so everything was been done for her I can honestly can’t remember everything from there because I was just walking around in my own little bubble

But now!! This is my favourite part of my story

She’s has been taken off her bypass machine and my strong stubborn baby girl heart is beating for its self although still on a ventilator was doing okay we still wasn’t out of the woods and everything still seemed very gloomy!

However and it’s a massive however today is the 28th of February I got my first cuddle and in actual fact she is awake!!!! Still a bit drowsy through lots of medication and we have concerns about Brain damage but today has been a very positive day she might be able to have milk tomorrow and her breathing tube out Friday!!! We have a very long road ahead of us but we are going in the right direction!!! 😁😍👶🏼💕 ( may I add that cuddle was really amazing better then winning the lottery!)

So before I stop rambling I just want to say a shout out to mumma’s that we are strong and we can do and cope we anything and it does get better and it will get better!!! 💕

And a shout out to my beautiful Olivia hope I was there from the start and you’ll be there for my last’s I can’t be anymore proud of my beautiful baby girl because you are and always be the strongest sassiest diva I know and I love you to the world and back 🌍💕

And I can’t wait for to you wake up probably and give me that beautiful smile 😃👶🏼

Thank you for reading my very long story and any mummy’s out there your not alone!!

We got you 😘
