Sore nipples?

Sorry if it's TMI but I have just sore nipples not the actual boob haha I'm 7DPO, is this a good thing?!

I got off birth control 3 months ago, and every month, right before AF, my nipples are sore. Not my boobs, just nipples. Thought it was a good sign since I was used to my boobs hurting... Guess not :( Baby dust to you all!🌟
