Moving in together

My boyfriend and I have been together for 3 years, we both have been making plans for the future and have decided we think it’s time to move in together. He just finished college, has a full-time good paying job, he’s 20. I like 2 years of college but have a few thousand in saving and a part time job, I’m 18. I live with my mom and he has stayed here every night for the past few months. What are the pros and cons?

Also, we are very close, will this stay the same?
