Can you figure out whats going on ?

Let me start off with my cycles are not regular . the last day of my last period was jan 29 . been feeling weird lately ... feb 16 i actually had to go into the e.r. bcuz i was so scares i had cancer or sum down there .. was feeling alot of pressure n moving cramping and just everything! ...i know . crazy. . Anyway they did a pelvic exam ...ultrasound .pregnancy test.got blood work even did a pap smear to check for stds or infections . everything was normal . just had a lil bv they gave me pills for ... those syptoms have since went away ... now yesterday (TMI part ....) when me and my bf BD which was nothing but 2 mins lol but was deep ... i got light pinkish discharge ...said dang he knock my cycle down ..went back later brown blood ... could i have actually been pregnant it was just too early for them .... im confused has this ever happen to anyone ?
