Jealous of sister.

Ok...I know that I may get hate for this so if you have something negative to say please don't. Im just looking for other woman that feel the same I do.

So my older step-sister is pregnant. She found out a couple weeks ago and while I am super happy for her and her husband I am still jealous. My mom and boyfriend both say that I am being irrational and while I get that it still doesn't stop the green-eyed monster from taking over.

I am happy for her don't get me wrong but im still jelly! And she hopes to have twins which is what I want...however twins run on her dad's side of the family and no one in my family has twins.

How did you get over or at lw ast work through your jealousy? Did you have a mantra or make a list? Did you just think happy, positive thoughts or let the jealousy take over for a minute?
