Personally the moment I start to feel a UTI coming on I go buy a big jug of pure cranberry juice. What people are saying about it preventing it isn't true cuz you don't know you have one till you either need the Dr or you have and know the symptoms and at which point you already have the UTI and it may be little but you still have it. I've gotten them ever since I was a baby. I'm just prone to them. So my mum always had cranberry juice on hand for me, better than going to the Dr for antibiotics all the time and my Dr doesn't prescribe antibiotics if something else will work for you nicer. I have found that since I stopped wearing underwear (unless I'm wearing jeans or something else rough) that I don't get them anymore.
