evening primrose oil/ early ovulation?

has anyone taken epo and ended up o39ing way earlier than normal?  this is the only thing I did different this cycle.  I started on cd1 and got a positive opk yesterday cd5 and today.

Tracy, I was told (or read, not suree anymore) that you take EPO from
the last day of ur period until u ovulate- so for me its also 5 days but usualy starting from CD 5-CD 10. So it could be that u started to early? ?

It definitely changed my cycle! I guess technically I don't know for sure that it was the EPO, but I realized my usually regular cycle shifted by a whole week after I'd been taking it for a couple of weeks.

I suspect that it delays my ovulation but of course there's no knowing for sure.
