How could I be so far off?

Question

Went to the Obgyn today and had my first ultrasound and found out that I was off by a whole 2 weeks. So I am only 6 weeks and 1 day instead of 7 weeks 5 days That would mean I got a positive pregnancy result only being about 4 days pregnant is that even possible? Or could there be something wrong that would cause my baby to be smaller already?

I was off by like two weeks and a few days. It could be cause you implanted later then normal.

All of these comments are easing my mind, because now I'm starting to think I was off on  my weeks. I go back to the doctor this Friday to try another ultrasound fingers crossed and prayers hoping they see my little miracle.☺

I was wondering the same thing when I got my US, I was six days off (thought I was 7w5d but measured 6w6d) and I knew exactly what day we conceived because I used a OPK and I didn't ovulate late or anything. My dr didn't seem concerned so I'm trying to relax about it, but it is frustrating

How could I be so far off?
