Implantation vs period

So I’m 12 dpo , today I had some pink bleeding, nothing heavy but I do have a lot of cramping. My period isn’t due until March 5th and I’m super regular. Could this be AF starting early? Or implantation? I’m trying not to get hopeful but I’ve read a few things that are making me think so
