Am I overreacting ? Can a cheater change his ways ?

Me and my boyfriend have been together for 2 years as of July 10. We have been through a lot together in that time and I have dealt with everything and still been a faithful girlfriend. My boyfriend on the other hand has been caught cheating 3 times. Although he never physically did anything with these women the conversations they would have were enough to make my blood boil. Lately it has really been weighing on me. Why am I still around if he cheats once he'll do it again and again. We've talked about it countless times and he's always said that he would change and stop. I just wanted to ask the community what do you guys think. Is it possible for a cheating man to change his ways ?
