Menstrual like cramps at 17w+5?

Hi all,

I’ve been having full, achy cramps in my lower belly and stretching out to my right side since early this morning. They almost feel like mild period cramps but also kind of like has pain. No bleeding but I did have a slight tinge of pink once when wiping after peeing earlier. I drink plenty of water so I don’t think hydration is an issue. Has anyone had something similar between 17 and 18 weeks? I’m waiting on a call back from my dr but am just concerned by how long they’ve been going on :(
