A little worried....

I just found out that I am 4 weeks pregnant and I’m trying not to be overly excited because I had 2 miscarriages last year. I’m having a little bit of cramping in my lower abdomen and just wanted to ask if this is normal. I really don’t want to lose this baby to. Please let me know if you had this was a normal sign of early pregnancy
