Menstrual cup
I’ve been wanting to get a menstrual cup for a while now but can’t figure out which one would work best for me. I am 19, very active, never been pregnant, and I get really bad period cramps.
Do any of you have any suggestions as to what cup will suit me best. Or tips or tricks for when I do get one?
