Chiropractor to Help Baby Engage

Has anyone seen a chiropractor in past pregnancies to help your baby engage? I’m 39+4 and as of my appointment Monday my baby was at a -3 station and not engaged. Because I am so miserable with the Pupps rash and not sleeping at all from it I’m doing anything and everything I can and got adjusted at the chiropractor today and am going back tomorrow. He said my pelvis was misaligned so I’m hoping baby will drop once it gets fixed? I’ve been doing everything else to get him to move down with no luck 😩
