Lower back pain?
I’m 7 weeks and 1 day today and my lower back feels like it’s numb almost. Especially when I walk. Has anyone else experienced this and did something to get some relief? It’s worse when I sit down. I’ve tried ice and heating pad and stretching but can’t seem to stretch the right spot. I feel like I’m dying 😩
