Shakey feeling
Hi ladies, 15+5 and today has been awful with shakes, a headache, and lightheadedness. I called my midwife and she suggests I up my protein and water. I have a hard time eating every couple hours because just not that hungry. Any advice for protein rich snacks? I already have trail mix.
Part of me wonders if this could also be low blood sugar too. So I’ve been trying to regulate both but I just feel so miserable. My midwife isn’t worried about my BP and I have my 16 week appointment on Monday to check again.
