Post anterior placenta?

I'm sure someone else has said something about this but I honestly can't find it.
I was told I have a post anterior placenta and didn't really get very much more Information on it. 
Do any of you ladies have this and if so what does it mean?

I've always had an anterior placenta. Started feeling movement at 18 weeks with my first, 18 weeks with my second and 16 weeks with this one :) it's not a big deal and shouldn't cause any issues !

Following, I have anterior placenta too. The only thing I really know about it so far is that my doctor said I may not feel the baby move until 25 weeks but not to worry. I don't know if it is any other implications.
